Carmageddon is upon us, or so it seems from the horrible traffic jams these days, and apart from the amount of time these gridlocks eat up each day, they can also have a negative effect on your fitness levels. Bad traffic on the way to work or on your way home can add another hour or two (or three) to the time you spend sitting and generally doing nothing after all.
